1. Nature of our services

Green Circle provides access to certified climate projects, environmental impact services, digital ESG tools, subscriptions, and related corporate solutions. These offerings involve:

• Commitments to third-party climate and environmental projects
• Allocation of resources and impact units upon purchase
• Immediate or scheduled delivery of digital services and access

Because project allocations and digital access are initiated or reserved for you immediately upon purchase, we are generally unable to reverse or cancel these commitments after payment has been made.

2. No refunds on digital and impact-based services

We do not provide refunds for:

• Climate or environmental project contributions
• ESG or impact-related subscriptions
• Digital tools, dashboards or reports
• Corporate or partner packages
• Certificates, logos, badges, and communication assets
• Any other service or product purchased through our website or sales channels

3. Exceptional circumstances

While all sales are final as a general rule, Green Circle may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances — for example, where a technical error has resulted in duplicate charges, or where a service could not be delivered due to reasons within our control.

Any such request must be submitted in writing to info@greencircle.eco within 14 days of the original purchase date, with a clear explanation of the circumstances. Green Circle's decision on any refund request is final.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at info@greencircle.eco, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Green Circle services and to contest the chargeback through the relevant payment processor.

5. Renewals and cancellations

Annual subscriptions and programs renew automatically unless cancelled at least 90 days before the renewal date. Cancellations received after the renewal date will not be eligible for a refund of the renewed subscription fee. To cancel, contact us at info@greencircle.eco.

6. Governing law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, USA.
