What if I don't know my exact numbers?
No problem. Use your best estimate — employee headcount, number of vehicles, approximate website traffic. We use these as the basis for your program and you can update at annual renewal with no penalty.
Can I start with one program and add more later?
Absolutely. Many customers start with the employee program and add transport or website at renewal. Each program is invoiced separately so you can mix and match without any complications.
How is payment handled?
Secure card payment through our online checkout. Payment is annual, in advance. All invoices are issued immediately after payment for your accounting records.
What happens at renewal?
Your Green Circle contact reaches out before your annual renewal date to review your scope and confirm the next year's numbers. Your certificate and all assets are reissued with updated dates. Renewal takes less than 5 minutes.
Is there a minimum size or commitment?
No minimum. We work with individuals, small businesses, and larger companies equally. The price scales linearly — a 5-person company pays €675/year for the employee program. A 50-person company pays €6,750/year.
When are climate projects actually funded?
Green Circle consolidates all contributions and funds certified projects collectively once per year during Q1. This allows us to support larger, higher-impact projects — delivering stronger environmental results per tonne than many small fragmented purchases.
