What if I don't know my exact employee count?
No problem at all. We use your best estimate and apply recognised national averages where needed. You can update your numbers at annual renewal — there is no penalty for adjusting up or down.
Can I start with one program and add more later?
Absolutely. Many companies start with employees and add transport or website at renewal. Each program is invoiced separately so you can mix and match without any complications.
How is payment handled?
We send an invoice by email with a secure credit card payment link. Payment is annual, in advance. All invoices are issued without VAT — Green Circle is an internationally registered company and services are invoiced as exported services.
What happens at renewal?
Your Green Circle contact reaches out before your annual renewal date to review your current scope and confirm the next year's numbers. Your certificate and all assets are reissued with updated dates. Renewal takes less than 10 minutes.
